What Is Involved When acquiring a residential stand at Shurugwi Town Council

• One is required to join the housing waiting list by paying a total amount of $20 regardless of any density.
• Applicant is given a waiting list number which is used by council during the allocation process; it is a must to abide to the waiting list.
• Upon allocation, beneficiary pays 25% as deposit.
