REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PURCHASE AND DEVELOPMENT OF 500 MEDIUM Density residential stands average sizes ranging from 400 -600 squaremetres within layout 5 section in the R/E Of Impali Source farm ,Shurugwi for the purposes of housing developments.
The SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL now invites eligible firms, Pension funds, Financial Institutions, Building Societies, Mining Companies to indicate their interest to PURCHASE the stands as shown above. Interested players should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the project. Kindly note that all stands designated other land uses besides residential use within the scheme remain council stands. The short-listing criteria include:
The following documents should be submitted in support of the information provided:-
- Qualifications and experience of the firm in housing schemes development
- List of appropriate skills among staff and resources of key personnel to perform the project from start to completion
- Current bank statement
- Proof of traceable references indicating similar housing development schemes elsewhere including development of onsite and offsite services
- Company’s registration documents.
Request for proposal shall be issued only to five (5) short listed.
