Submission of Tenders
Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender number, the closing date and description of tender. Tenders must be deposited in the “TENDER BOX” to the TOWN SECRETARY, SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL, P.O BOX 125 SHURUGWI on or before 1000 hours on the closing date and time.
NOTE: Bidders are free to witness the opening of tenders on the closing date and time. The council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid
