Documents Required for Subdivision Application
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Certified copy of the Title Deed
- Completed and signed TPSC1 Form
- Subdivision Diagrams and Report
- Application Letter
- Proof of Payment of Application Fee
- Certificate of No Present Interest from the Ministry of Lands for agricultural land.
