The SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL now invites reputable and eligible firms, land developers and individuals to indicate their interest in PURCHASE OF (2HA) 20 000M2 LAND AND DEVELOPMENT OF CLUSTER HOUSING STANDS WITHIN RESIDENTIAL AREA OF IMPALI SOURCE, SHURUGWI. Interested firms, land developers and individuals should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications, financial muscle and relevant experience to perform the project. List of Appropriate Skills Among Staff and Resumes of Key Personnel to Perform the Project
Current Bank Statement
Proof of Traceable References of Similar Cluster Development Project
Firms and Land Developers Registration Documents
