BACKGROUND. Shurugwi Town Council is inviting medical aid service providers who are willing to partner with the council in providing medical aids to Shurugwi town council employees. OBJECTIVE. The main objective of the consultancy service (medical aid provider) is to provide medical aid which will cover employees, spouses, children and parents. The medical aid should have wide coverage and acceptable with pharmacies, clinics, doctors and hospitals (mission, general and private) in Zimbabwe. To provide wellness programmes for council employees. The cover to cater for dental, chronic, optical and general illness. To provide variety of schemes for employees to choose from. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. Praz registered 2. Medical association registration 3. Duly registered with the laws of the country DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION 1. Praz registration certificate 2. Company profile 3. Expression of interest letter 4. Three reference letters of companies being provided same services 5. Company documents 6. Tax clearance 7. Medical aid schemes available 8. BIDS MUST BE DEPOSITED IN A TENDER BOX AT SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL TOWN HOUSE ADDRESSED TO THE TOWN SECRETARY SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL, P.O BOX 125 SHURUGWI ON OR BEFORE 1100 HOURS ON THE CLOSING DATE 25 FEBRUARY 2022. SCOPE OF WORK IS FOUND IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENT.
