REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PURCHASE OF 20 000M² (2HA) AND DEVELOPMENT OF A CLUSTER HOUSING STANDS

The SHURUGWI TOWN COUNCIL now invites reputable and eligible firms, land developers and individuals to indicate their interest in PURCHASE OF (2HA) 20 000M² LAND AND DEVELOPMENT OF CLUSTER HOUSING STANDS WITHIN RESIDENTIAL AREA OF IMPALI SOURCE, SHURUGWI. Interested firms, land developers and individuals should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications, financial muscle and relevant experience to perform the project. The short-listing criteria are:

1. Qualifications and Experience of the Firm in Cluster Development
2. List of Appropriate Skills Among Staff and Resumes of Key Personnel to Perform the Project
3. Current Bank Statement
4. Proof of Traceable References of Similar Cluster Development Project
5. Firms and Land Developers Registration Documents
6. Individuals National Identification

Request for proposal shall be issued only to five short listed.

This expression of interest shall close on 21 MAY 2020 at 1000hrs
